Licensed Loan Originator This individual is responsible for producing high quality loans by building relationships with realtors, financial professionals, past clients, builders and other sources, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties include:

1. Develop Knowledge of products, polices, procedures and underwriting guidelines

2. Analyze financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan product Inform prospective and existing clients of programs, rates, underwriting guidelines and procedures

3. Take applicant applications by completing Fannie Mae form URLA

4. Collect appropriate documentation from clients and deliver package to wholesale lender

5. Utilize Home Fast Funding Loan Origination Systems

6. Communicate with applicants by providing timely updates and progress reports

7. Maintain high levels of customer service while managing each applicants expectations 


Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required:

1. High School diploma or equivalent mandatory. Four-year college degree preferred

2. Knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines

3. Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting and closing procedures

4. Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending.

5. Demonstrated Organizational skills Strong written and verbal communications

6. Proven computer skills Basic Sales Technique skills.

7. This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Home Fast Funding Inc. compliance policies. An acceptable background check is required. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements and required reporting of certain incidents.
